College Objectives

• On completion of the course the nurses will show their skills in the Nursing process which is most required for providing qualitative nursing care.
• Assess the Nursing needs of individual ,families and communities through the wound and lomb.
• Plan appropriate action to meet their needs through competent safe nursing care.
• Work with other members of health team and community for promotion of health, prevention of illness and restoration of health.
• Show sensitivity and skill in human relationship and communication in her daily life.
• Demonstrate skill and problem solving methods in nursing practice.
• Provide knowledge on health resources to the community.
• Show leadership quality in working with health team, community and others in the provision of health care.
• Demonstrate understanding and commitment of professional organisation.
• Promotion of self-health, precautions against illness, restoration of health and rehabilitation as a model of healthy life.
